Recently completed my QCF Level 5 in leadership and managing a service. I haven’t completed any qualifications for many years. My assessor Tammie was a fountain of knowledge. Tammie was supportive and really approachable. Although hard work, I found my QCF enjoyable and often looking forward to working on it. I achieved a really good final result. Thank you Tammie for all your support and continuous guidance throughout my QCF. You are an absolute credit to Fareport.
After completing the Retail Skills Level 2 Apprenticeship at The Range, I gained the Team Leading Level 2 qualification. This helped me secure a supervisory role and build confidence. Now, I’m completing Level 3 in Management and have been promoted to run my own department.
Completing the apprenticeship gave me the opportunity to achieve something worthwhile, boosting my confidence at work and home. I now have Level 1 in English & Maths and a Level 2 NVQ in Retail, and I’m starting a Level 2 Team Leading apprenticeship.
I’ve enjoyed being part of a group during the apprenticeship. Our WhatsApp chat helps with assignments, and hearing others’ experiences adds value. It also provides networking opportunities and a chance to learn from fundraisers in different roles.
I needed more education to advance my career. Though challenging, my assessor kept me going. The management courses helped me rise to shift manager, where I now manage 40+ people, overseeing their welfare, health, safety, and career paths.
I want to thank Andy for his support and encouragement throughout my apprenticeship. It helped me grow in my NHS career, build confidence, and develop leadership skills. I’m now working on the NHS Leadership Academy program to advance further.
The most enjoyable part was completing practical tasks related to my job. It helped with EPA prep and reflection on my learning at ALDI. The training layout was clear, and the Principles of Buying applied well to my role.
